How easy is it to get started?

Can I cancel any time?

Yep, you're entirely in charge of your subscription. You can cancel at any time from within your account.

Will I lose my reviews if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel, you won't lose any reviews that are posted on public review sites like Google, Facebook, etc. Once posted, those reviews remain there regardless of if you continue to use UpStar or not.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

You have a full 7-days to try UpStar completely free. If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 7 days, simply cancel your account and you will not be charged.

What's a "location" in regards to pricing?

A "location" is typically a physical location of your business. If you have multiple professionals at 1 location and you want reviews for each professional, then each will be considered an individual location.
